Review: Germaphobe by Callie Moss

Title: Germaphobe
Author: Callie Moss
Genre: Dark Romance
Type: Standalone
POV: First Person – Dual

At a young age, Reagan learned how hard life could be. Things took a turn when she moved in with the Bennetts and latched on to her stepbrother, Cohen. But her safety net was only temporary when he suddenly left without a backward glance.

While the writing was at times confusing and felt detached, I enjoyed the overall story, especially with the dark and manipulative aspects.

Reagan has always been mine, we’ve both known it from the moment we met.

I liked Cohen with how he worked to get what he wanted, and being a germaphobe added another layer to his characters. I sympathized with Reagan, though at times she lacked self-preservation. They had good chemistry, which led to smoking sexy scenes.

Germaphobe is a story of obsession and control. It would appeal to readers who enjoy forbidden dark romance.

Note: I love Andrew.
