Rainey Day might be young but life had not been kind to her. Growing up in a toxic environment, she only knew one way to survive even if it hurt her.

Justin Redding had seen it all. As a psychologist, he was trained to uncover the truth behind the facade. But nothing prepared him for his latest case which with a simple misstep could take him down the rabbit hole.

She was a tiny bird that had fallen from the nest, so insanely vulnerable and lost that I wondered if she would ever find her way again.

I started this book completely blind and I’m glad because it helped intensified all the emotions I felt. This book made me incredibly mad and also sad about the life choices the characters made. They were hard to turn away from like a mesmerizingly beautiful but brutal train wreck.

It’s been a while since I read a true page turner and this book, I couldn’t put it down. The story was engaging and erotic just the way I like it. However, I did figure out the ending, but still, it didn’t detract from my enjoyment.

The Five is a story of love and survival. It would appeal to readers who could appreciate hard to love characters.

. 📖 #CurrentlyReading: The Five by #LilyWhite Coming March 20, 2019! . This shellfish is called #SiputRemis. It’s one of my favorite and it’s tiny. The shell only about the size of thumbnail. I could eat the whole damn pot all on my own but it’s tedious to eat because they’re small haha! I usually just steam them with onions and ginger 😁. . . ★ Book Details ★ Goodreads: http://bit.do/eK8wX Blurb: Every man who meets Rainey wants her.
