Reagan Elliot should be living her dream…

She’s touring with Exodus End as their new rhythm guitarist and gaining more notoriety and fame than she ever imagined possible.

She’s earned the devoted love of not only one, but two spectacular men. Her committed threesome with sexy guitarist Trey Mills and her hunky bodyguard Ethan Conner is stable, loving, deep, and satisfying for all involved.

But sometimes the world sees things differently and is determined to destroy what it doesn’t understand.

Can Reagan’s relationship with Trey and Ethan survive the cruel backlash of the media, her family, and a bigoted public? Or will the talented musician lose everything she holds dear in the face of her own burgeoning doubts?

Outsider is the second book in the Exodus End World Tour series. It’s also the sequel to Double Time, the fifth book in the Sinners on Tour series.

Reagan Elliot’s life changed dramatically since she was thrust into the spotlight after winning the spot of rhythm guitarist with mega metal band, Exodus End. With fame, came a slew of problems concerning her position in the band and especially her private life. Being in a polyamorous relationship with the Sinners much loved guitarist Trey Mills and her bodyguard Ethan Conner turned out to be the toughest fight in her life when their secret became public knowledge.

I love Trey from Sinners On Tour series, but I never really like Reagan or Ethan as individuals, or as a trio. This book made me feel slightly the opposite for all three of them.

She felt more like an observer than a true participant.

Reagan was happy with the opportunity to play with the band, but deep down inside she felt like an outsider especially with how she was being made a puppet by both the management and the media. She wanted to fit in while still being true to herself.

The man was irresistible. He was also loving, generous, and fun, not to mention as sexy as sin.

Trey grew up with great support system so he had no problem with his relationship status. He was happy to flaunt it without thinking how it could hurt the other two people.

Being the non celebrity, Ethan basically got the short end of the straw. I felt sorry for him for having to put up with the facade.

“Dying is easy,” Trey said. “Living with who you are is the hard part.”

I felt the book was a little too long. I really like how we could see the dilemma from Reagan’s and Ethan’s POV on their struggle of coming out with the relationship but I think it could be compressed to tighten the plot.

Ethan reached between their joined bodies to stroke her clit. Her moans became frantic as she rode Trey faster and faster. Ethan drove into Trey’s ass with the same relentless pace, matching her speed. Fucking Trey harder. Harder. Sweat pooled on his belly, trickled down the side of his face. His toes curled under.

The sex scenes phew…. [insert atomic bomb explosion]. They were fucking hot! MMF is my favorite ménage combo and I was thoroughly satisfied haha!

Outsider is a story of a woman’s journey in re-discovering her self-worth and together with her partners accepting who they really are. Do not read in public unless you don’t mind people seeing you blushing and squirming, and potentially leaving wet spot :p

Note to author:
I really love Brian and Trey and still harbor hope they would be together. But I’ll compromise with a prequel novella of their time together. Pretty please??

Final Verdict:

Special sex scene rating (usually reserved for short smut):

5 Golden Cocks

Combining her love for romantic fiction and rock ‘n roll, Olivia Cunning writes erotic romance centered around rock musicians. Raised on hard rock music from the cradle, she attended her first Styx concert at age six and fell instantly in love with live music. She’s been known to travel over a thousand miles just to see a favorite band in concert. As a teen, she discovered her second love, romantic fiction — first, voraciously reading steamy romance novels and then penning her own. Growing up as the daughter of a career soldier, she’s lived all over the country and overseas. She recently moved to Galveston, Texas.
